Redfin app had no available agents & I was from out of state. He was responsive to our concerns & we were so impressed we asked him to be our agent moving forward . Wow, oh wow! Patrick is amazing. We started our home buying process in the beginning of April. I had to move for work and I started beginning of May, so we were in a time crunch. During this crazy housing market, I had no idea what to expect. We put offers on a few houses, but we got beat out with cash offers. Since I was starting work, we let Patrick know that we were going to do an apartment for a year and would reach back out. He was so patient and understanding and kind. You could tell he wanted us to get what we LOVED. He didn’t make us feel like we wasted his time, which I was so grateful for. In early July, we reached back out and he helped us find our DREAM HOME. It was everything we wanted. Perfect budget, location, land, everything. We just closed on Wednesday and are all moved in and have never been happier. Patrick was the perfect realtor and we are so grateful and appreciative to have worked with him!

We are all from California so this was a new world to us. He was always very upfront and honest about the houses we found on the market.
