As far as realtors go, Patrick is top notch! 11/10! My husband and I were fortunate to get referred to Patrick by word of mouth. Finding a good realtor is hard, finding a realtor as fantastic as Patrick is near impossible! This is your sign to have Patrick guide you in your house journey. We were blessed to have Patrick help us buy AND sell our house! Patrick was always very attentive to our needs and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. When buying our house he always had many options for us to choose from and tour. When we finally decided to pick our house there was never a doubt that Patrick had our best interest in mind. He always made sure we understood the process and he was quick to getting everything done! It was an easy decision to ask him to sell our house! Patrick guided us through the home selling process and we had a CASH OFFER, no inspection or appraisal within 3 hours of being on the market. It was an exceptional experience working with Patrick. Pat is a rare find. When we first spoke about working together, he said he would always represent my interests and he did just that. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and always followed through. He is an agent with integrity, something that is very hard to come by today.

Patrick Sullivan is an amazing realtor and became a trusted friend during our professional relationship, he's honest, professional, knowledgeable and supportive,always keeps you in the loop to know whats going on, easy to communicate with, He was in daily contact with me either by text, e-mail or phone which we greatly appreciated, had a contract on our home within a week , we recomended him to one of our friends and had a multiple contract on their home withing 2 days.he realizes that all houses and people are different and take them one at a time.would recommend pat and his team to anyone . Patrick took care of everything needed to sell our house, and was able to do so at our asking price, and very quickly. That's all anyone can ask for. He had every resource needed, like people who would come get furniture we didn't want, people to clean up after the move out, etc. He had an excellent relationship with the buyer's realtor, which kept things moving smoothly throughout the process. I could not be more pleased.
