Why am I a real estate Broker/Realtor? I like everything about it. I have always liked homes, whether big or small, expensive or affordable I have always like the possibilities of what a home can mean for a person, a couple or a family. It's where we spend our personal time, create memories and often make money when we are ready to move to something different.
I started my career 16 years ago in the new home sales industry by happenstance. I was fortunate to work for a small sized new home builder that just started operations in Phoenix. The company was Shea Homes and they are not so small anymore. I climbed the corporate ladder and became a Vice President of Meritage Homes and then Standard Pacific Homes heading up their sales & marketing department.
When the market imploded in 2006/2007 I exited the new homes business and started my own company in residential resale where I lived for 14 years; Desert Ridge.
What sets me apart is that I am the point person for the client at all times with a team of support staff to handle the everyday transaction processes and handle marketing of my clients homes.
