About Patrick

Patrick Willis began his real estate journey in early 2007 with Re/Max Home Center in Leitchfield KY. Within his first full year of real estate when the nation was reeling from the bubble burst of the housing crisis, Patrick excelled as a million-dollar producer. 2008 brought even greater results. However, in 2009, Patrick had to change the directions of his focus when his broker at the time decided to vacate his position at Re/Max Home Center leaving the company without a broker and leader. It was at this time that Patrick rose to the occasion with his leadership skills by acquiring his broker’s license to help fill the gap and keep the brokerage moving forward. As 2009 continued, a thorough review of the financials and business model led to the discovery that unless major changes took place, the brokerage would cease to operate within the next 12 months. After several discussions and extensive research with his business partners, John Glenn & Mark Cook, the decision was made to let the Re/Max franchise go while repurposing those franchising fees and costs as an independent brokerage. It would be a fresh start with client-centric services steeped heavily in innovative technological approaches free from the burden of the enormous cost-burden required to maintain affiliation with a franchise company. It was a risky move and a gamble...a gamble that paid off.
