Patsy Olivas

Experience: I began my real estate career as an office manager for Wieland REALTORS/Investors, where I managed the office for 30 years. I began study for my real estate license in January of 2003, and upon retiring from Wieland REALTORS, became a licensed REALTOR and agent for Keller Williams Realty. In 2006 I and two of my fellow agents from Keller Williams opened our own real estate company, One Realty El Paso. This company served West Texas and Southern New Mexico. In January 2010 I went to work for First Choice Realty as an agent on their sales force. On March 2, 2011, I moved to Century 21 The Edge in El Paso, Texas.

Designations: Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR); Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate of the REALTORS’ Institute (GRI); Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS); At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Certification

Professional Affiliations: I am a member of the National, State and Local Associations of REALTORS. I served for four years on the Board of Directors for the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS. I am the past Chairman of the Education Committee, and am a member of the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance. I have been a member of the El Paso Del Norte Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, where I served as the Programs & Education Chairman and Vice-President of Membership. 2013 Chairman of the local Texas REALTOR® Political Action Committee (TREPAC).

Community: Minister of the Eucharist at Queen of Peace Catholic Parish, El Paso, Texas; active participant in the ACTS Community at Queen of Peace Catholic Parish

Personal: I have two daughters, Angela and Teresa, and one granddaughter, Elizabeth.
