Patti was amazing! Our circumstances were unusual. We had somewhat of an estate sale with five members of the family named as sellers, making her job much more challenging. We were a few weeks into a house cleanout that was going to take a few months, with only one of us located in-state. She had been through a death in the family with subsequent house clean out and was empathetic to what we were going through. She offered suggestions to help us with our part - we knew we were in the right hands. Because she sold so many houses her experience was invaluable to us. We set a timeline, and Patti made sure it was met. Sounds easy, but behind the scenes Patti was as diligent as they get. When issues arose, she took a step ahead with a solution or had options to offer us. She kept in timely communication every step of the process (sometimes with all five of us one on one) and was able to answer all our questions, with the backup of her professional network. The peace of mind we had working with Patti was priceless during an extremely sensitive time for our family. We received a cash offer for asking price and closed in three weeks, just two days before her daughter's wedding. Also, she was away on family vacation more than once during our time as her clients, but we never felt it, she never stopped. Patti is exemplary and will not let you down. Where do I begin with Patti? So obviously everyone is aware how crazy this housing market has been. I reached out to Patti in November 2022 to begin to get a feel for the market. Our first conversation, Patti was up front with me about how challenging it would be, especially as we were utilizing a VA loan. However, Patti was persistent, providing us options and areas to consider buying in, so when it was time for us to start putting in offers (as our lease was expiring) she was able to find us a house and get an offer accepted IN ONE WEEKEND OF ACTIVE SEARCHING in early Feburary 2023. We closed on that house, the only house we put an offer on, in April 2023. We were able to do achieve this success in this market because of the information Patti armed us with. Post offer acceptance, and into the closing process, Patti again was responsive and helped us navigate challenges with the seller, making communication between ourselves and the seller's agent a breeze, and making the whole process seamless. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with our real estate agent, Patti Blosfelds. My mother recently passed away and my family was thrown into the difficult process of having to clean out a house full of memories and get it ready for sale. Thankfully, my sister, who had used Patti to purchase a house in Medford, NJ in 2020, told me that she was absolutely the best realtor she had ever dealt. She wasn’t wrong! Patti helped me to focus on getting the house prepared for sale by giving me a list of tasks that needed to be completed before we put the house on the market. With limited funds, and me not really having the time to do much of the work, Patti had me focus on ensuring that the house had great curb appeal and ensuring that the inside of the house was clean and fresh, all without breaking the bank. Additionally, Patti provided a number of her personal contacts that she has worked with for years. They not only did a great job but were reasonably priced and worked around my schedule!
Once the house was ready for sale, Patti had it listed and sold within 24 hours! Yes, this has a lot to do with the super-hot real estate market, but having reasonably priced the home, giving us the most value for the location and style of the home, Patti nailed the price, and we had our buyer!
One last thing, Patti is an extremely kind, personable, and professional real estate agent that you will be extremely happy with your choice of hiring her to sell or help you buy your next home.

I will try very hard to not write a book. However, I would be remiss if I do not tell the story. After being estranged from my “85-years young” mother for 8 years, I found her in a very bad way.
