Patti Callaghan

Patti Callaghan is a seasoned real estate professional, spending the last thirty years of her storied career in South Orange County. With a breadth and range of experience spanning more than most, she has transacted exchanges, trades, condominium conversions, new home development, land sales, commercial and multi-unit apartments along with residences in all price ranges. With her excellent negotiation skills coupled with her good nature and sense of humor, Patti maintains her success with a loyal contingent of repeat clients and referrals making the lives of all parties involved much easier. Patti originally hails from Ann Arbor, Michigan where her real estate career began after extensive graduate studies in real estate practices at the University of Michigan. In the early 1980’s, she relocated to South Orange County bringing with her a vast knowledge that translated to immediate success. Patti currently resides in Monarch Beach, California where she stays active volunteering and golfing.
