Owner/Broker, Patti Carroll is a seasoned professional who has been in the real estate sales and management industry for over 38 years. Beginning her Real Estate career in 1976, she was the youngest person to obtain a Real Estate license in the state at the time. She is a strong, no nonsense woman who built her company from the ground up, winner of the Mark of Excellence award in San Diego County, and a 2 time cancer survivor.
Patti is also a Real Estate investor who understands the needs of her clients and believes that her customers deserve to receive the best service possible from a seasoned professional, someone her customers can trust will get the job done and get it done right. Therefore, with the help of her support staff, Patti Carroll, personally handles all of the properties, lending that individual touch you won’t find with larger companies.
