Patti McDaniel

Patti has resided in the New Braunfels/Schertz and San Antonio area for over 50 years and would not prefer to live elsewhere. She has been a licensed real estate agent for over 7 years and thoroughly enjoys her profession. Prior to her real estate career, Patti spent 21 years working in apartment management, making the transition to real estate smooth. She takes immense pleasure in assisting friends, family, and clients who eventually become friends with their real estate buying and selling needs, recognizing the significance of these transactions as some of the most significant investments individuals make.

Community involvement holds a special place in Patti's heart, both in her residence and workplace. She is an active member of the New Braunfels and Seguin Chamber of Commerce and has served as a Commissioner of the Landmark Historical Committee in New Braunfels. Patti has also been part of the Women's Council of Realtors Hill Country Network for six years, holding a board position for four of those years. Her engagement extends to her involvement in the New Braunfels High School FFA and her membership in the Comal County Junior Livestock Association.

Patti and her husband have celebrated 33 years of marriage, and they have two sons who received their education in New Braunfels and have chosen to make the area their home as adults. As of August 2022, Patti proudly became a first-time Gigi. She revels in the joys of life and eagerly offers her assistance for any of your real estate requirements.
