Patti Reading at Future Home Reality was the listing agent when we bought the home at 1127 Dustan. She was so personable and professional at that time my wife and I knew we would have the same experience when listing with her when we sold the property, and we did.
We had an accepted purchase offer within a reasonable time after listing, then Patti's efforts with regarding repairs agreed to after the home inspection and her diplomatic conversations with
our tenants to vacate ahead of their lease expiration really helped at setting up a near term closing date.
She arranged for the final home cleaning prior to the final walk thru, so we wouldn't have to. Future Home Reality's list of instructions for how to ready the property for the final walk thru were very helpful as were the recommendations for preparing for closing day.

Working with Patti and Justine was such a pleasure. Not only were they professional but personable as well. They knew their job, the market, and were able to do their job while respecting our privacy. Showings were minimal since potential buyer's needs were matched to our home's features.
