“I am humble enough to know I'm not different from anyone else but wise enough to know I am different from the rest.” This anonymous quote could not be more suited for Patti Simon if she wrote it herself. From a young age, her Dad taught her the importance of acknowledging every human being, and it is a value that she embraces every day in both her personal and professional life.

Patti grew up in a small town in east Texas. Her Dad was a small business owner, and her mother was the quintessential stay-at-home mom. They taught her the values of humility, self-reliance, and genuine respect for others. Her brother was a Marine who ultimately became a Lieutenant Colonel and flew President Reagan in the Marine One helicopter before retiring at a young age. Patti played the piano and sang from the age of eight, and was heavily involved in the choir, drama team, and drill team. She later attended college on a music scholarship. From there, she married and had two beautiful daughters before beginning a 16-year career in corporate sales. This professional journey led her into management, where she flourished in leadership and organization.

In 2002, however, Patti became restless in the corporate climate and decided it was time for a change. She wanted a career that had no income ceiling or age limits and one where she could utilize both her management skills and her love of homes and interior design. Real estate, it turns out, was the perfect choice, and after helping her first client with their real estate transaction, she knew she was hooked. Over twenty years later, she has become known as a reputable expert with extensive industry knowledge and wisdom of experience. That is why she is known for the mantra, “A Wise Move.”

Today, Patti helps executives, professionals, and empty nesters make a wise and stress-free move toward a more suitable home and lifestyle. Her clients view her as a genuine advocate who pays attention to details and provides a full-service approach. She specializes in assisting mid to high-level executives in making the wisest decision for their families and helping empty nesters make wise right-sizing moves that are seamless and stress-free. She is also a skilled negotiator and thorough communicator who turns complex situations into smooth transactions. As a result, she has earned numerous prestigious industry awards for her performance and dedication, including the Corazón Circle Award for her contributions to charity.

When she isn’t spreading wisdom to her clients, you can find her spending time with her husband, Ralph, and her children and grandchildren. She and Ralph have traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe to experience different wines and wine regions, and they have plans to build an Italian-inspired home. She’s also passionate about painting, singing, aromatherapy, and the healing power of essential oils. Her quest to experience a life of adventure, service and humility is not only what drives her; it’s what sets her apart in her wisdom.
