Patti Smith is a long time resident and R.E. broker on the Georgetown Divide. When we decided to sell our home of almost 30 years and relocate we chose her to sell our house. She provided tips and suggestions about pricing, staging, etc. before going live with listing. Once live, and after the first open house, we had a qualified buyer. It was a painless process as she knows the market. We would definitely use her again.

Patti is a Great Realtor. She is friendly, gets back quickly when there is a question, and has many long term professional contacts in the area which helps get the process completed quickly. She showed the home, had an offer, closed Escrow and had the money in my account in about 4 weeks. We received more than the asking price on the sale. Fantastic.

Unique because Terry was not representing me as a Buyer or Seller...instead she brought us the perfect Buyers for our ranch. Terry stood out for her knowledge of rural El Dorado County and the insights/preferences of her Buyers.
