Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire process feel much less stressful. I always felt that she had my best interests in mind and worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly.

Patti is a Great Realtor. She is friendly, gets back quickly when there is a question, and has many long term professional contacts in the area which helps get the process completed quickly. She showed the home, had an offer, closed Escrow and had the money in my account in about 4 weeks. We received more than the asking price on the sale. Fantastic.

Patti Smith Real Estate has been our go to realtor since we moved to Georgetown 45 years ago. They have been local longer than that. They community, the people, the land, and the nuances of living up here well. They helped us find our first home 40 years ago and have helped us buy and sell several other pieces of property in the area, most recently in 2025. My experience with agent Terry Coleman (Patti Smith Real Estate) was exceptional - and unique!
Unique because Terry was not representing me as a Buyer or Seller...instead she brought us the perfect Buyers for our ranch. Terry stood out for her knowledge of rural El Dorado County and the insights/preferences of her Buyers. And, sure enough the sale went through seamlessly with both sides of the negotiation table HAPPY :)
Terry also did something special - after closing she reimbursed me for an error made by the Home Inspector. That's a true reflection of her character and in real estate that means a lot!

The property and escrow were challenging, but working with a seasoned professional Realtor made all the difference.
