Pattie Meek

Pattie Meek is a true Florida native—born and raised in the Sunshine State, she grew up in Orlando before moving to Clearwater in 1976. Her career in real estate was a natural progression; for three generations, her family owned and operated Condon-Meek Insurance and Real Estate, founded in 1954. By the time Pattie got her real estate license in 1979, she had already learned the ins and outs of the business. She began working at the first Century 21 office to open its doors in Clearwater, serving originally as the relocation director and eventually becoming the broker in 1997. In 2015, they became a boutique office location for Coastal Properties Group and joined the Christie’s International Real Estate team. Pattie is proud to say that she holds the designations of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), along with being a Christie’s Specialist. Since 2015, she has consistently received the elite status of President’s Society Award and ranked in the top 5% of the company’s advisors based on sales volume in Pinellas County. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the Pinellas Realtor Organization.
