As a successful Realtor, Patty’s goal is to empower clients with tools for success before, during, and after the buying or selling process. They make it a point to put their clients at ease by educating them about how the real estate business works; they let them know what to expect at our very first meeting.

It is true that many factors add up to the right reason when it comes to buying or selling a home, investment property, or vacation home. Sometimes, the right answer is to wait. (That's right!) It is her responsibility as a professional to be certain of two things: that they truly understand what the client wants to accomplish, and that the client understands the internal and external forces that come into play while they are making the decision to buy or sell.
