Patty Cohen is an amazing realtor to work with! She took on the sale of our family home of 50 years. Patty was well informed and familiar with real estate in the neighborhood and what expectations would be. She was compassionate and understanding of what the home meant to the family. Was in constant contact with updates, information, and progress. I am not sure she ever sleeps!
When faced with the unexpected, Patty handled it with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
