Not only was this award well deserved it was also an indicator of things to come as Patty has risen to the ranks of Top Producer and was named among the Company-Wide Top 20 Producers for 2010 and was a Company-Wide Top Producer for 2012-2014. Given that Heritage Texas Properties is home to more than 300 licensed sales associates in sixteen offices to rank among these company-wide top producers is a significant achievement. With a Ph.D. in Fine Arts as a foundation, Patty built Weller Cwalinski Art Consultants into a successful and well-respected art consulting firm engaged by major corporations and collectors. Her inventive ideas and commitment to personal service garnered a strong base of repeat and referral business - a trend that endures in her real estate career. Patty treats everyone she works with fairly and honestly enjoys working with a broad-based clientele and is rated “excellent” in client feedback. She has earned her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. She continues to advance her professional education to the benefit of her clients having also earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and most recently the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. A native Texan and Houston resident since 1970 Patty lives inside the Loop but likes the diversity of working in neighborhoods across the city. She enjoys needlepoint gardening cooking entertaining and spending time with friends and family. Patty is active in her community church and her neighborhood civic association.
