Patty Doyle

As a San Diego Resident for the last decade, I`ve been specializing in waterfront properties to coincide with my passion for my off work hours as a Sailing Yacht Crew Member. If I am not sailing I enjoy volunteering on San Diego Yacht Club Race Committee for local Sailing Regattas. My bloodline heritage is Real Estate. My father after retiring as a pilot in USAF worked in infrastructure of residential land development specializing in Entitlements while my mother worked as a legal secretary in a Real Estate Office. My career began in 1970 flying with my dad spotting sites for raw land development in San Diego North County, and we eventually selected Fallbrook and built our own family home there. In the early `80s, I assisted family friends on Jeffries Ranch Development in Oceanside, CA where I found my passion in helping people pick their own semi-custom home. In early 90`s a luxury residential property was built near me in which I helped with the lease up. From working on that new development I broadened my knowledge and expertise in construction, residential development and property management. My greatest accomplishment is being a mother of two adult children and one granddaughter, Ava Bella, who at 6 months old went on her maiden sailing voyage. In both of my passions, Real Estate and Sailing, I have found that I may not be able to control the wind, but I can always adjust the sails, providing maximum quality teamwork beneficial to all!
