After having a not-so-pleasant experience with realtors in the past, Patty was truly my boyfriend and I’d saving grace. We were transferred to her and agreed on a dual-agency. Being first time home buyers in a hot sellers market, losing a home opportunity, and having a bad falling out with a previous realtor had put a sour taste in our mouth at the idea of any other realtor taking us on. However, Patty went above and beyond for us. At no point in time did we ever feel like she was just in it for commission. With specializing in first time home buyers, she held our hands and walked us through the very nerve-wracking process that is buying a home! She was super responsive, even when I had half a million questions. Patty took the time to educate us on a lot of things that first time home buyers might not have knowledge of. I never once felt out of the loop, if something was happening, Patty made sure to tell us. I couldn’t say enough great things! I will continue to recommend Patty to anyone that I know looking for a place.

When I decided to put my house on the market in August, a friend of mine referred me to Patty at APRO Reality. To say that my situation was difficult, is an understatement; I live in NC, however, my home was in New Kensington! Patty never missed a beat, and helped me every step of the way. Whatever needed done, we devised a plan and worked through it. Prior to meeting Patty, I never thought my house would sell and would have to keep renting it out. After only 4 months, the home was sold and I went to closing. I am very grateful to have gone with APRO, and whole heartedly believe that the experience was very personalized, and I wasn’t just a number. Thank-you Patty and Merry Christmas!
