Patty Marschel

Patty is known for her unsurpassed service and extensive market knowledge She has been a Realtor for Bob Parks Realty for almost 30 years and has been a resident of the local Tennessee community since 1970. Her specialties include new, custom-built homes, the reselling of existing homes, and relocations. Her achievements include the GRI, CRS, being a million-dollar producer, and being a graduate of the University of Tennessee. Outside of real estate, Patty is has been devoted to the St Thomas Rutherford Hospital, Board of Directors, St Thomas Rutherford Foundation, Power of Pink Breast Cancer Fundraiser, Co-Chairman, Murfreesboro Charity Circle (Past President), Stones River Country Club-Ladies Golf Association (Past President), Junior League Sustainer, Oaklands Association, Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors Board of Directors (3 years), and the First United Methodist Church.
