Patty Martin-Aguilar

Patty graduated from San Diego State in 1988 with a degree in Real Estate Finance. After graduation, her path led her to a career in escrow and she became the top producing escrow officer in the builder division winning several awards. She managed the San Diego operation for Chicago Title New Communities. After a 20-year career in escrow, she has put her organization skills and positive attitude into the field of real estate sales. Her customer service background and work ethic make her an excellent choice as a real estate professional. Patty is a native of San Diego and currently lives in East County. She enjoys investing and managing her own properties. Patty is an active member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the MLS.
