Huge shout out to our awesome realtor PATTY MEDINA!!!! Patty sold our house for 125K over asking before it "officially" listed. Her advice, staging recommendations and networking and marketing paid off. Just as importantly - she worked tirelessly to help us find and negotiate our next dream home and we could not be happier. You won't find a harder working, more professional and responsive realtor out there. She has also helped all three of our children find their first homes! Patty is a 5 star agent, all the way!!! She keeps her cool when everyone else doesn't, she has an amazing local network of agents and resources to solve anything that comes up.
