Patty Pierce met with us to answer all of our questions prior to listing our house. An open house was the best fit for us, so Patty scheduled the photos (and a beautiful virtual 3-D tour of the home), listing and open house around our family needs. We had multiple offers after the open house. Patty negotiated on our behalf and we received above our asking price. Patty was always available to answer questions, guide us through the process and communicate with our buyers. I highly recommend Patty to anyone looking to sell a home in the Chicagoland area!

Patty went out of her way to get us to this property, and accomodate multiple family members wanting to see it as well. She helped us greatly when we found ourselves up against another offer...so much so, that we got it! She is wonderful to work with, knows her stuff, is professional and caring...everything i want in a Realtor. I highly recommend her!

Patty was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend using her! She even received a compliment from the buyer's real estate agent who tried to get her to work for his company! She was professional, knowledgeable and the kindest person you will ever meet. She truly cares about her job and her clients. I am certain my sale would not have gone through so quickly and easily if I had another agent. Give her a call, you will NOT regret it!
