Last year I was called many agents to view homes. Majority of the agents did not give me the time of day. Patty responded immediately and was very receptive to my questions. She proved to have deep roots and knowledge about the market in North County San Diego.
I mentioned needing to sell my home in order to purchase a new home and Patty didn’t waste a second. The following week she was at my doorstep in Orange County ready to work. I decided at that meeting that I was not ready to sign a Listing agreement after all. Patty did not pressure me to move forward and told me to take my time. A couple weeks later I called her and told her I wanted to live out my dream and move to coastal Carlsbad asap. Patty and her team had my home prepped and on the market record time! I had many offers and chose a cash offer within 10 days and closed escrow. I was able to purchase a home Patty had lined up for me in Carlsbad. I sit here now by the fireplace with my pets in my ideal home with lakes and ducks and lots of trees and nature. I feel blessed to live in this caring community after traveling throughout the country in search of the perfect home. I highly recommend Patty Segovia Krause and her team. Their results speak the loudest and I am happy to call her a life long friend now. I’d like to also mention I moved in last mid November 2021 and Patty is still making sure I am happy with my new home. Recently she had a contractor fill in a couple cracks in my driveway at no cost to me. She was concerned I could trip and fall. She has earned my trust.

Patty is a really good realtor who understands the needs of her clients. I met her while looking for a condo and was thinking about downsizing and selling my home. I took her card and liked what she had to say about her approach to selling. After I decided to sell my home she was 1 of 3 realtors I interviewed and she had done her homework ahead of time and knew what I was looking for as well as she brought interested parties to the table even before we signed a contract.

Her approach was so fresh and honest and I felt comfortable with her bringing prospective clients through my then home before any open house was even thought of. It was through her insight and finding the right buyers that I was able to close and not even put up a sign! I am also happy that my home will go to a nice family who I feel will fit well with what the home has to offer; another quality of Patty; compatibility.

Patty is also well connected with the community and has a lot of contacts which I liked as well. I would definitely recommend her and San Diego Previews...put her up against other realtors and see the difference! I did.

What can I say about Patty, except that she's a GENIUS in her field.
She is the duel agent for me. My home sold in one week and she walked me through all the processes. I'm sure that buying my next home will go as smoothly as the selling went. She's has even recommended different moving companies for me. She has a wealth of resources in her pocket.
