Patty Sullivan

With over a decade of comprehensive Sales, Marketing, and Business Development experience, and a strong focus on contractual negotiation throughout her professional career, Patty works tirelessly to get her client’s homes sold at the highest possible price, in the shortest amount of time. Additionally, she is always excited to work with experienced home buyers to negotiate on your behalf, as well as with first-time home buyers, to guide them through the complex process of buying a home for the first time.

Patty was born in Exeter, NH, and relocated to Cleveland, with her husband Matt, who was born and raised here. They currently reside in Shaker Heights, where they are raising their two boys, Chase William (age: 3) and Smith Christopher (age: 1). Patty enjoys playing tennis and golf in her free time.
