I am a Broker/Co-Owner of two real estate chains, located on Virginia's Eastern Shore. Coastal Shore Real Estate for resale of resort residential & investment properties, and Coastal Shore Vacations for full-service property management of resort investment properties. Each company has three locations, Chincoteague Island, VA; Cape Charles, VA; and Captains Cove Golf & Marina Resort in Greenbackville, VA. We are opening a second office on Chincoteague in Fall 2025. My real estate career spans nearly 40 years, most of which has been on Virginia's Eastern Shore. I am more involved in the administration and agent support/training in those offices.
