With his first real estate purchase of a fix and flip in 2007 that did not flip, Paul began his journey into understanding the value of owning real estate. Since that time, Paul has purchased more residential and investment properties for his personal portfolio, learned the details of the entire real estate process, formed relationships with real estate and lending professionals, and earned his real estate license with his education through Zane State College’s certificate program.

With his extensive experience in teaching high school mathematics, Paul taught his students the fundamentals of buying their first home. The lessons included information on credit scores, various types of loan programs, mortgage vocabulary, the terms of mortgage financing, and the process after a buyer’s offer is accepted.

First time home buyers can feel confident with Paul to guide them through buying a home from the first showing to move in day. Experienced home owners can feel confident with Paul throughout the entire process selling their home current home and buying their next. Investors can feel confident with Paul to understand their search criteria for fix & flips, buy & holds, and any other investments that they are searching for.

After moving away for college, he returned to his roots in Muskingum County and is proud to be a member of the community that helped to shape the person he is today. In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife enjoy running at local trails, watching their older boys at sporting events, and playing with their toddler.
