About Paul

Paul retired from the U.S. Air Force back in 2005 and has traveled all over the world and has experienced many things and cultures. From the war torn deserts of Iraq to the sandy beaches of Hawaii he has experienced things that many of us only read about in books or see in the movies. After returning from a second tour in Iraq, Paul decided to hang up his combat boots and dig into the trenches of real estate and settle down in Colorado Springs with his family. Paul has been buying and selling real estate since the 1980’s and has several investment properties that he has accumulated over the years. Paul understands that the purchase or sale of a home is one of the biggest financial decisions that a person can make. When my wife and I first started searching for houses we really didn't know what we were getting into. We thought that buying a home would be a stressful experience with the uncertainty of the market and the long and egregious process of finding our home. As first time home buyers, Paul was able to settle our concerns and walk us through the process of buying a house. I have worked with other realtors who seem like they have tons of other buyers to worry about or simply don't have time for you. This was not the case with Paul as he treated us like we were his primary concern and diligently worked to find my wife and I our dream home. If it wasn't for Paul, we would not be in the happy home that we have today. With so many salesmen in the realtor world, it was refreshing to find a profession like Paul who understood the family dynamic and what was important to us. If you are looking for a realtor who will always keep your best interests in mind, Paul is your man.

Paul worked tirelessly to handle the sale of my condo in Colorado Springs while I live in Las Vegas. He went above and beyond in completing tasks that I was unable to do as the owner since I was not physically in Colorado Springs.
