Paul Buckmaster

Paul earned his first job in real estate with Bob Lucido in 1988 at the New Home Marketing Group representing builders and developers. Paul quickly rose the ladder of success becoming one of the firm’s top salespeople. In 1994, Paul moved from new home sales to the general brokerage arena. Soon after, Paul was honored with Rookie of the Year in his first year then in his second year won Agent of the Year.

In 2004 Paul and his business partner opened their own brokerage, selling 375 homes in their first 18 months, a remarkable feat. In 2011 Paul rejoined forces with Bob when Bob entered the general brokerage arena. By 2015 The Bob Lucido Team has risen from #1 in Maryland to #1 KW team in the world!
