Paul Cingolani

Paul is a trusted counselor, skilled negotiator, and market analyst, and his clients benefit from his 16 years of residential, investment, and commercial real estate sales. His customer service-oriented philosophy, innovative marketing and selling strategies, and dynamic negotiating skills have won him an impressive list of clients. Paul started his career with one of the Bay Area's top investment brokerages, then moved on to explore the progressive technological advances within the industry-first with e-home.com as vice president of sales; next with The Trada Group as the West Coast VP of sales,; and ultimately as the managing partner of a start-up real estate company. Paul is a third-generation San Francisco native and a graduate of San Francisco State University. In his spare time, he enjoys being a father to his two sons and playing rugby and surfing.
