How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
Buyers are not always sure what they want, and that is natural. Most Buyers go through an evolution as they see what is available and see how their needs and desires match up, including affordability. We try to do the initial selection process and provide a handful of properties to look at that we think are a good fit from our interviews with the Buyers. If this does not result in a match, then we do it again, while providing the Buyers with instant online notices of anything new that may be a match until we find the right one.

In competitive bid situations, with the Buyers, we look at the rest of the market to see what we think the approximate value of the property should be.

09/12/2012 - Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Sebastopol, CA. From our first encounter and throughout the entire process of viewing properties, making offers, negotiating and a very difficult loan with a complicated escrow, Paul was working diligently on our behalf. He went above and beyond at every step. Paul is knowledgeable, patient, and a very effective communicator. If we ever sell or buy real estate, we will definitely call Paul first.

09/06/2013 - 8/3/2013 I knew Paul through social media. Through Paul, I was able to remodel my rental property from an extremely chaotic condition. Working with the contractor was another challenge, Paul was there to assist me all the way, even until now. At present time, the house is rented, through his property management. Although I know he runs a very busy office, with a large number of clients, he still make me feel like I am the only customer he has. He is always available for me, even after hour. He and his wife, Joanne are A+++ classic people for realtors.

08/10/2012 - Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Santa Rosa, CA. We met JoAnn Claeyssens at an open house in Santa Rosa and were so impressed by her knowledge and professionalism that we decided to work with her in buying our first home, and we are so happy that we did. As first time home buyers the knowledge and experience that JoAnn brought to the table was invaluable.
