I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was working with Pau to sell my investment property. From start to finish, he demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and dedication that far exceeded my expectations. In addition to being my therapist when I needed to be talked off a ledge!

I've known Paul for many years and his love and passion for his profession is what makes him the number one broker and top seller in his office/region. He is also widely recognized as one of Boston Magazine's Who's Who in Real Estate for 2024! From our initial consult about the property, Paul took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and goals. One of the most challenging aspects of selling an investment property is dealing with tenants, but Paul handled this aspect with grace and efficiency. Note: we had a set of very challenging tenants! One of our contingencies was to deliver the property vacant. Given that we had very challenging tenants, I was bracing myself for a very tough situation. However, Paul was able to magically convince the tenants it was in their best interest to find a new place which they did and were both out within 30 days and without any issues. That was no small feat!

If you are looking for someone who is willing to put in extra effort and attentive care throughout your home-buying process, Paul is your guy. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the home buying process, especially when it comes to VA loans. No matter the timeline, he stayed persistent and patient with me since this was my first time buying a property. What I really enjoyed about Paul is his "Team Mindset," he understands there's a lot of stress involved and many external factors that are outside of our control and he made sure to have full transparency at all times, and kept me focused on factors we had control over. I cant say enough good things about, Paul. We are moving across the country to the Boston area and throughout the entire process I always felt that Paul had our backs. From the professionalism to the personalism - he never missed a beat. The reassurance is when you get to the point of working with other businesses for insurance, inspections, appraisals, etc, and every person you talk to also has nothing but great things to say about Paul. This was our first time purchasing a home and doing so from many states away made it that much more daunting. Anytime we had a question about any part of the process, Paul was always quick to respond and answer our questions as best he could. Its extremely rare to find a topic that Paul doesn't have an answer for & on the off chance he doesn't know - he knows someone who does.

My experience with Paul on a scale from one to ten, I give this real estate agent a big ten. Paul help guide me and my family to purchase our first new home. he was assigned by an agency called veterans united, this is well recognized agency and Paul was the first recommendation. For me this means that his ability allows him to work special cases like myself as a veteran. what I learned about Paul is that he is an expert at his profession, I also know that Paul does his job with absolute care and in full regards to his clients.
While working with Paul I did not get to experience the competitive open house scene, my family and I did not deal with any discouragement, we were not left in the dark, and if Paul felt like the house was not good he would let us know, and recommend another house, and if that house wasn't good Paul wasn't going to allow my family and myself to purchase the home, little actions like this is the reason why I trust Paul.
I would recommend this real estate agent to any of my family or friends because of my experience of looking for a house with pure ease. like said before we did not have to compete, we do not have to stress, my experience shopping for a house was so pleasant I only had to call Paul once a week because I knew Paul was getting his job done.
