Paul Costa was fun, knowledgeable and very professional while selling our house. He made a difficult sell for us less stressful and managed to keep my wife and I from falling apart. We sold our home to move into my wifes parents home to take care of the home they built 56 years ago. He kept the  professional stand while lending a caring ear and shoulder to lean on. We don't think anyone but Paul could have guided us and kept our spirit through this tough sale. We absolutely loved our home and he understood that right from the beginning, yet allowed us to vent when we needed to.
