Paul Fan

Paul's been a licensed agent since 2002 and joined the Willis Allen Real Estate office in Del Mar in January of 2008. Paul grew up in San Diego and has lived in the north county coastal region for more than 35 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he worked in marketing after graduating from University California San Diego with a BA in Communication and a concentration in Marketing. Paul says he calls on this experience every day in his real estate practice. "Creativity, persistence, organization and the ability to deal with people on every level are the key components to success in marketing and real estate". Paul is not only a top producing Realtor at Willis Allen but is heavily involved in local real estate developments, spec building, and investing.

In his spare time, Paul likes to take full advantage of the beautiful year round weather in San Diego with his wife Annette, their son Kingston and daughter Meileigh. Whether it is running, swimming, hiking, or playing sports, Paul and his family just enjoy being outdoors.
