Paul Fontaine

Paul moved to Philadelphia in 1995 from Providence, Rhode Island and made a career change in 2002 to become a REALTOR.

Paul has been awarded multiple accolades such as Rookie of the Year in 2002 and President’s and Chairman’s Circle Award from 2005 to present. The Best Philly Homes’ Team in which Paul is the Team Leader is in the top 2% of all real estate professionals in the country with over $150 million in total sales in the Philadelphia area.

Combining Paul’s MBA from Villanova University, with his expertise and knowledge of Philadelphia and its real estate, Paul has become a highly sought-after buyer and seller representative. In 2013, Paul become a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), only 1% of agents in the country have this distinction.

Paul loves to volunteer domestically and internationally helping those in need.

Paul lives in the Queen Village/Bella Vista area of the city.
