I cannot say enough good things regarding my experience with our realtor Paul Fortuna. We came across Paul because we were helping my daughter to find an apartment near us. We found Paul to be super patient, kind, cordial, and very friendly. My daughter became interested in purchasing a home, and Paul reset, and continued to help us. Always patient, and never pushy. This was the main quality we appreciated in Paul. During our search my husband, my daughter, and I decided to move to Florida, and so needed actually to sell our condo. Paul again always helpful, and patient did a reset, and went on a quest to sell our home. We thought about who we wanted to use as a realtor because we had concerns like being overwhelmed with showings etc… Paul always worked with us, and gave us plenty of notice when it came to showing our place. He always provided great feedback. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to rent, buy, or sell. He sold our home at a great price, and we were beyond satisfied. We are currently in Florida, and will always be grateful for the time, and effort he put in to helping us. Also, he found the best person to buy our place. We were so comfortable to hand our home over to this new buyer. We wish Paul much success in his time at Houlihan Lawrence!! He will bring great energy to every sale😊
