Paul Freeman was our neighbor first; real estate agent second. When my husband and I decided to list our home for sale in Lely Resort in Naples, FL, we did not hesitate in asking Paul to represent us. While selling a property is stressful, Paul made the process as easy as possible for us. He was always very professional and knowledgeable, and crossed all the t’s and dotted all of the i’s, some of which we weren’t aware of, if not for Paul’s expertise. We felt very comfortable leaving the process in Paul’s hands, knowing he would stay on top of every step in the process from listing to selling to closing, which he did. Paul has lived in Lely Resort for many years. Therefore, he was able to provide information to prospective agents and buyers about the resort that other realtors may not be aware of. Whether listing or selling a home, Paul Freeman would be an excellent choice in realtors!

I’ve known Paul for a number of years and, throughout that time, I’ve always known him to be a person of honesty and integrity, not to mention a fun person with a good sense of humor. When the time came for me to purchase real estate in Naples, I called on Paul for assistance. I was so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and helpful advice. He made sure every “t” was crossed and every “i” dotted as we progressed through the process of contract to closing. Paul had great recommendations for a variety of service providers and made sure everything was completed within the time frames of our contract. I personally spent many years on the administrative side of real estate so I was very familiar with the whole process and know that some Realtors can drop the ball at times. Paul always managed to stay one step ahead and we could not have been happier. He made the entire experience from showing us properties, to negotiations, contractual obligations, and closing, both easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Paul for your next Realtor!

My wife and I came to Lely for a short visit in January, 2018. We had rented in Lely the prior couple of years and visited many open houses in Lely and other communities in the area. During our five night stay we came across a home in Lely that had Paul’s name on the sign out front. I wrote down Paul’s phone number and decided to call, more out of curiosity as we had no intention of buying. You sensed Paul’s knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism immediately on the phone. Paul couldn’t have been more accommodating,
showing us all the different types of homes in Lely. And we told him up front we were just “lookers.” Paul applied no pressure whatsoever, and was more interested in us learning as much as possible. Because of what Paul provided us during our short stay, we ended up putting a deposit down and closing on a new home by the end of March. Thanks to Paul, the entire process could not have gone smoother. We are truly greatful to have met such a true professional. We thank Paul every time we walk through the front door!

Paul, thank you for being my Florida real estate genius, helping me find my Naples dream home in Lely Resort. I love where I live.
With me living in Minnesota, and the sellers in Scotland, I needed a real pro, a coach, to deal with the financial & cultural complications, and close the sale before the end of the year.
Paul, you handled every detail and keep me informed daily on the progress, and we closed on time without a hitch.
You made your work look easy; you’re so smart, have so much energy, (especially on the tennis court), are interesting, and you really know the real estate market and all the handy contacts I needed to move in—-like the closest Starbucks to my new home.
Best of all, you’re such good fun to work with.
Hire him and ask Paul about his brief football career on the field at Northwestern University, (it’s a hoot), or his career Delta 747 stories as “Captain Freeman”.
