Paul Giles

Paul got his real estate license and mortgage broker license in 1999 and worked for a small company in Winter Park, FL working in real estate and mortgages. After working with the company for two years and seeing lots of growth, the direction of the company and his ideas were going in different directions so in January 2002, Paul started Vintage Properties Group, LLC. and opened a mortgage branch of Alternative Mortgage. The concept was to work exclusively by referral and meet the needs of each and every client before, during, and after every transaction. Paul and his team joined Compass in 2021 to align his concept with Compass and to bring even a higher level of service, tools and expertise to their current, past and future clients. He and his team have worked diligently to become Trusted advisors for their clients in all aspects of real estate and financing and aim to maintain the relationships for a lifetime. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MFRMLS), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He also has earned and holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
