Paul Herrick has called Northern Virginia home for the past 30 years! He first came to Virginia to sell IT software and services. Paul's a Licensed residential real estate agent for over 19 years. Licensed as an Associate Broker in VA (2002), MD (2009), DC (2017), DE (2021) Personally, selling up to 46 home a year while achieving an average of 99% sales price to list price.

Paul's a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Dulles Area Association of Realtors.

Paul's a certified Divorce Real Estate expert, a specialized niche, working with attorneys & families during family issues. This certification required 40 hours of course work, 20 hours of apprenticeship, then 6 months of mentorship.

Paul's a distressed property expert since 2007, selling bank owned (REO) & Housing & Urban Development (HUD) properties; providing property evaluating, pricing and selling. Lecture real estate professionals in the process and obstacles in selling HUD properties. Specialized training how to price properties by Default School (2011).
