Paul Hicks

Paul Hicks is a Multifamily, Single Tenant Net Lease, and Industrial specialist in the firm's Oakland/East Bay office. As an Associate he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano County areas.

Paul graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. After serving as an Army officer and being honorably discharged as a Major, he joined the technology industry directing information technology teams for Pacific Bell, Arthur Andersen, and Providian Financial. Paul’s expertise with technology and data analysis has helped him add value to those businesses so they could successfully achieve their near and long-term objectives.

As a part-time investor, Paul has owned condominium rentals and managed apartment buildings for his family partnership. He obtained a wealth of knowledge managing and liquidating his family’s multifamily real estate holdings in New Jersey.

While working full-time, Paul earned his Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College with emphasis on marketing and finance. Paul worked as an Investment Analyst before earning his Salesperson license and becoming an Investment Associate full-time. Paul was recruited to Marcus & Millichap as an Associate in the fall of 2015.
