Short Review: Make him your agent ASAP!

Long Review: I was a first-time homebuyer in Atlanta and in the current market (as of Apr 2022), I thought I would probably be stuck renting for the foreseeable future. Going into the homebuying process was very stressful and complicated and although I did TONS of online research on real estate, Paul still found ways to educate me on things that I would have never gotten elsewhere. Additionally, we probably looked at what felt like a 100 homes and every time Paul would not hold back in giving his honest opinions. He wasn't just trying to get me to settle or pick a home that would give him the most or quickest commission. He wanted to make sure I was getting a home that I would be happy to purchase and live in. Furthermore, there were times where I would talk about offering more or waiving even more contingencies out of desperation and he would talk me out of it because he knew I would either regret it or would be making a too aggressive offer. Lastly, there were so many times that he would do all those small things that just show that he cares about his client as a person and not just as his next paycheck: he would offer to pay for a proxy if he could not go to a tour in person (VERY RARE), he would offer to get me a drink/snack from Starbucks, he would constantly be available for dumb questions, etc. Overall, if you're wanting a real estate agent who is professional, very knowledgeable, and actually cares for his clients, then Paul Ho is your guy!

PS #1: For all you Dave Ramsay followers, he has the heart of a teacher. If that's what you want, then you can 100% find it with Paul Ho.

PS #2: In case my endorsement of him wasn't enough, just to be clear I will 100% be using Paul Ho as my selling agent too if I ever end up needing to move.

We thought we had an unsellable home. We went through two other realtors before we met Paul. He was very professional from the start and got things done. He told us everything step by step and had our best interest in mind. Highly recommend Paul Ho.

Paul helped me sell my home and already having moved to another state due to work, I knew there would be a lot of logistical challenges. Paul was there every step of the way, from getting the house ready to list, all the way through and beyond closing, ensuring everything was done correctly and as smoothly as possible. His responsiveness and level of attention to detail made the whole process significantly less stressful as I could trust that Paul could handle anything that might come up, which he did without fail. I would absolutely recommend Paul for any real estate needs.

Paul Ho is the smartest, kindest Realtor you will ever meet. I always thought people in this line of work were out for a quick sale and as much money they could get without too much effort. I was proven wrong. Right off the bat he comes across as a member of your family because everything he does is in your interest. He was battling things with the other Realtor and client which he did not tell us until after closing so we would not worry. This is an amazing individual.

To start off, Paul exceeded my expectations. As a first time homeowner, I didn’t know what goes on in the process of buying a new home. Paul explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He’s always attentive and quick to reply. He was always willing to show me homes on such short notice which I really appreciate because of my crazy work schedule. He made this transition as easy and less stressful as can be. And most importantly, he really cares and considers what you want and wasn’t pushing me to buy a home fast. I highly recommended him if you’re in the market for a home!!
