Paul understands the many reasons why his clients purchase or sell a property: whether it be a form of investment, a steppingstone to just get into the homebuying market, or finding a dream home. Paul’s ability to connect with his clients and understand their individual priorities allows him to quickly identify properties or connect potential buyers who meet the needs and wants of his clients. Paul is dedicated to selling his clients' homes quickly and at top dollar and to finding his clients the right homes that meet their qualifications.

Paul started his real estate career in 2006 and continued to hustle throughout the recession while staying successful. As a result of his continued success as the owner of Harding Realty, Inc., Paul was recruited by Keller Williams Realty, a nationwide realty with offices in Carlsbad. The Harding Realty Team joined Keller Williams in 2016 after 10 years of meeting, if not exceeding yearly sales goals and expectations. The Harding Realty Team, part of Keller Williams Carlsbad, continues to offer full-service real estate services from listing and purchasing, to property management, and construction/renovation services.
