Paul began his Real Estate career in Property Management as a Sales and Service Associate for The Bozzuto Group in 2008. Within a year Paul was able to accomplish their Certified Associate training, be honored as the Top Sales Achiever company-wide in April 2009, and was ranked in the company's top 10 for sales in 2009.

From 2009-2015 Paul worked with national home builder Ryan Homes as a Senior Sales and Marketing Associate where he successfully produced over $ 40,000,000 in volume with over 125 closed transactions.
