Originally licensed in 1979, Paul worked in residential and commercial real estate in Silicon Valley for a number of years before pursuing a high technology career. As Sales Manager for a semiconductor manufacturing equipment supplier for over a decade Paul negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with major semiconductor companies throughout the world while managing sales, marketing, and customer service teams. He went on to found a successful computer IT support company, WTW Group, Inc., in Los Gatos, CA which provided services to individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 firms. After selling his interest in WTW Group, Inc. to relocate to Santa Cruz County and working a few years in the construction industry Paul returned to his passion for real estate.
