Paul Legname

Paul Legname, an actively licensed real estate professional since 1987, comes to the Coachella Valley with a successful history as an Associate Broker in the State of New York, serving New York City and then later Westchester County. A longtime seasonal resident of the desert, Paul is excited to share his real estate experience and passion for the desert lifestyle with his clients.

When Paul began visiting Palm Springs he determined early on that this oasis and all it offers would be a great place to live. His attraction to the desert was immediate upon seeing the snowcapped mountains and palm trees while enjoying the great restaurants and golf courses in perfect weather. He purchased a second home because he knew Palm Springs would ultimately become his permanent home. His experience as a part-time resident allows him a unique perspective of the desert lifestyle, especially when working with clients who are following a similar path of purchasing a vacation home in the desert.

His love for the desert community and lifestyle was the catalyst for wanting to continue his real estate career, prompting him to earn his California real estate sales license. Paul is still currently licensed in New York for any referrals. He is also fluent in American Sign Language and conversational in Italian and Spanish, further broadening the client-base he can serve.
