Paul was excellent. Sold my house in three days. We had to sell quick so we wanted to list at a low price but Paul convinced us to start higher. When we sold we actually got an offer over asking price. Paul also helped me find a house. He was very responsive to my requests to see listings. Once we put an offer in he helped me go in at the right price. There ended up being multiple offers but we got the house because Paul steered us in the right direction. You can tell he has a lot of experience and he helps people thru the entire process of buying or selling a home.
