Paul P. Marin specializes in helping sellers obtain the highest price for their homes in the shortest amount of time. He does this by taking detailed notes about the home and making suggestions on what repairs to do that will cost a penny and return a dime. He also has a list of preferred contractors that do quality work at very reasonable prices. Thus, helping sellers get the highest return on investment. These services are suggested prior to marketing the home for sale to maximize the equity in each home. Many of these contractors he uses when flipping his own investments. Hence, he takes the guess work out of hiring true professionals with a proven track record. This is part of his service to sellers. He also helps buyers make great investments by buying the right home based on his 20 plus years of real estate knowledge. Paul also managed a mortgage brokerage for 14 years and held a tax license for 5 years and uses this knowledge to assist his clients in making the best financial decisions when buying and selling a home. He is also certified to work with probate, wills, trust and estate sales. He also has a Bachelor of Arts from U.C.L.A.


Paul is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Pasadena Board of Realtors, the U.C.L.A. Alumni Association, and an active volunteer for the Mt. Baldy Ski Patrol at the Mt. Baldy Ski Resort, a National Ski Patrol Member, Outdoor Emergency Care Certified Medical "First Responder" and a member of the Southern California Golf Association. He enjoys giving back to the community by rescuing people in the Angeles National Forest . Paul's nature has always been to look out for the interest of others.
