When I met Paul for the first time through my brother’s recommendation, I wasn’t sure what I was signing up for. After just 10-15 minutes of chatting with him, I knew he was the realtor that was going to sell my house. I have an extensive background in construction and Paul knew what he was talking about. Fast forward to the closing, I can honestly say that even though there were some buyer’s realtors I didn’t care for, Paul kept calm and professional and made sure I was focused. Would I recommend or suggest Paul to find your dream home or sell your property? Absolutely yes considering I’ve worked worked with others and Paul is the best.

Paul is wonderful to work with. He is extremely honest, patient and kind. No hard sell at all but will do anything to help you along the process. He goes out of his way to meet your schedule. He confirms with you to make sure everything is done in a timely manner so that you don’t miss any important deadlines. He even follows up afterwards to make sure your move went well and gives recommendations to stores and restaurants in your new area. Know I could have asked him anything and he would do his best to get the answer.

Paul’s customer service went beyond our expectations. We met Paul while searching for a home through the owner and while the home at that time didn’t work out we asked Paul if he would help us continue in our search. He got in contact immediately and what helped the most was Paul kept US on track. If we needed to confirm or respond on something moving fast he kept in constant communication which for me and my work schedule was extremely helpful. During Co-Vid showing our home while both my wife and I worked was quite a task. Paul managed to make this process as stress free as possible. I was traveling between Illinois and Texas during the time we were putting the house on the market. Having Paul here handling the scheduling of the showings as well as keeping my wife and I informed during the process made all the difference. If you are looking for someone who knows the local market, is honest and up front about what you can expect as well as a real advocate for you during the selling/buying process the you are looking for a realtor like Paul Massura.
