After working in corporate America, Paul Harvey McLaughlin was motivated to pave his own path as a real estate broker in 2003. Motivated by freedom of speech, self-direction, defining his own success and the opportunity to make a living in an industry he was passionate about, Paul decided to join John L. Scott’s Seattle Northeast office.
Armed with a deep knowledge of many communities in the Seattle metro area and the Eastside, Paul’s defining approach is centered around his winning attitude and ability to connect with clients. Paul will often lead a pre-listing inspection and sewer scope prior to listing. He will then offer both reports to prospective buyers, which can prove to be an effective offer-generating tool.
As a long time philanthropist involved in many nonprofits, Paul was honored in 2017 for his years of work in the nonprofit world with the prestigious Community Service Award from Seattle King County Realtors. People, music, philanthropy, sports, cooking, physical fitness and striving to be the best are all among Paul’s inspirations in his day-to-day life. He stays active in his spare time, and can often be found skiing, hiking, bicycling and performing live music. He also enjoys viewing art and taking rides on his motorcycle.
