My friend recommended us Paul McParland. We were the first time home buyer via VA. Paul knows the area and real estate market very well. He literally answered all our crazy questions and more. We ended to go for a nearly 30 years old house in Marietta Georgia., with an old roof. The inspector suggested to have it evaluated and the seller refused at first. Paul handled it very well and he saw it a chance to lower the price or replace the whole roof. The seller‘s agent was tough, but Paul, even tougher. We got a new roof at the end. How cool is that! Paul has such outstanding negotiating skills. He is always been honest with us and we trusted him till the end. I am also amazed how well he followed up every single document that was needed for the mortgage. All I wanted to say is, Paul is the right guy you need to buy or sell your house. He is trustworthy and very detail minded.

I had to relocate to the Atlanta, Ga area from Ohio for my job. The business was expanding and if I wanted to learn the ropes and move up I needed to expand my horizon and learn as much as I could. But moving to an area I have only visited twice in all my 29 years was nerve wrecking. My boss recommend Paul McParland of Team Heritage to locate me a home to buy. He was wonderful! Day one I somehow found myself lost. Paul actually came to me instead of just giving me directions to him. I think he understood what it was like for me and he didn't want to see me frustrated from getting lost and all of the traffic. Upon meeting him, he was very professional but friendly. I wanted a safe neighborhood and a great school for my daughter to go to and he knew just where I would feel comfortable. He was extremely informative on the questions I had on the locations of different things I may need. (furniture store, grocery store, etc) He was a huge heap of the southern hospitality I have heard of. I loved that he knew my budget and didn't try to exceed it, knew my must haves and worked them in, and all while being patient and understanding. We eventually found the perfect house in Marietta and the transition was smooth. I would highly recommend Paul McParland to my friends, family, and anyone looking to buy a home in the area. We had quite a few discussions with him before listing our home, and he helped us to make the practical choices that would allow us to succeed in getting a good offer. Once we did the needed fixes and cosmetic work, Paul McParland did a wonderful job marketing it and ensuring that open houses got a good turn out. He was a true professional through and through. He made sure our home looked great in photos, and within a few weeks we had the offer we wanted at asking price on the table. I recently worked with Paul after getting a new job opportunity near Marietta, GA. I immediately liked Paul after going through a few real estate people, as he was very polite, friendly, and seemed way more honest than others in his field. I 've bought and sold 3 homes in my life time so I am fairly well-versed in how this works, but Paul never the less did all the heavy lifting, and was able to find me a beautiful and spacious home for below the market value. Everything with Paul is like clock work, you don't have to worry about him ever forgetting an important document or being late anywhere, dealing with a person like this is truly a pleasure. We met Paul by chance while we were looking at homes on a Sunday and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. We had just moved from California to Atlanta and didn't know much about the area.
