Paul believes that there is an emotional value to the personal relationships in real estate, which he loves, because, as he says, “It’s not commoditized. People still call you, and live phone calls are very important!”

Paul cares about his clients and is determined to do whatever it takes to get the deal done. He is always ready to connect with his clients to make their experience pleasant and rewarding.

Paul’s strengths involve the internal workings of a house: Preparing homes for sale and helping after the sale with referrals to vetted tradespeople. Real estate involves not just beautiful pictures and presentations but there is a lot more to the process. Paul arranges” the not-so-glamorous” items, such as roof repair, sourcing electricians and plumbers or premarket improvements, so that clients can get the best dollar value for their house. Paul is adept at home repair and is often sought out not only by his clients but by friends, neighbors, and colleagues.”

Paul married Lisa, just after they both graduated from business school. After ten busy years in New York City working on Wall Street, three young boys arrived, they moved to Rye in 1996. Lisa started with Houlihan Lawrence in 2002 and soon became the top agent in the area. Six years ago, Paul teamed up with Lisa, and they are a power couple in the real estate profession in Westchester. With our team, we care about you, not who gets credit. Our complimentary skills are a big advantage as we can be there when you need us.

Paul and Lisa now have three grown sons who live in New York City. Paul plays golf and paddle tennis but misses those days on the sidelines cheering for his son’s teams. Caring, organized and logistical, Paul is always well-prepared to assist his clients in preparing their home for sale, or connecting with clients to find their ideal home.
